Is your brand concise, compelling and engaging? Can recruiters and prospective employers quickly and easily tell who you are, what you do, and what your value is in the marketplace from a quick glance at your resume, LinkedIn or other social media platform? If not, this could be hurting your chances at landing a job interview or coveted networking opportunity.
In this live session, I will offer comprehensive feedback and actionable suggestions on your LinkedIn or resume (this service does not include a rewrite) or any other documents or platforms if time allows.
This session can be conducted over the phone or via videoconference platform like Zoom (client's preference).
If you'd like to update your resume on your own, but don't know where to start and need some direction to jumpstart the process, this critique will provide you with ample tips and ideas for how you can strengthen your document.
Topics covered in the critique typically include: how strong is your LinkedIn summary or resume elevator pitch at the top, how relevant are your keywords, how compelling, succinct and concise is your overall messaging, how visually compelling is the font and format/design (and whether it is ATS-friendly -- meaning whether it is optimized for recruiters + online applications) and whether you focus on mere responsibilities or specific and tangible achievements.
