I'm not the star of the show--my clients are. But, in case you're curious, here are a few words about me.
The professional:As an executive coach, communication coach, and leadership facilitator, I help professionals and organizations thrive. For individuals, I coach leaders and career-pivoters one-on-one to unlock their superpowers, tame their weaknesses, sharpen their communication, land interviews, earn promotions, and expand their global impact. For organizations, I show up as a high-energy facilitator and trainer: leading webinars, in-person workshops, group coaching cohorts, ERG/BRG sessions, and manager development programs designed to move audiences from passive listening to genuine behavior change. I take underdogs and make them alpha dogs (not just men).
I work with emerging and established leaders, newly minted managers, and founders + entrepreneurs to amp up their thought leadership and communication skills, build resilience, and cultivate adaptability. With teams and companies, I design and deliver custom programs on topics like executive presence, navigating difficult conversations, leading through change, psychological safety, and turning underdogs into alpha dogs. I bring 16+ years of experience across human resources, training & development, recruiting, and resume writing, and I'm Hogan- and ICF PCC-certified. And that's just the beginning. Having worked at giant corporations (including one of the largest private companies in the US), small startups, medium-size nonprofits, and nimble agencies, I am industry agnostic and have worked with clients in every sector you can imagine (just ask me). A particular point of pride: I have served clients on every continent (I even coached a client during one of their multiple expeditions to Antarctica, although technically they don't live there full-time). As a coach and facilitator, I am tough but kind. High energy in the room. Honest over comfortable. I'm committed to providing the highest caliber of service for every individual, team, and organization I've had the privilege to serve. A proud and active member of the executive coaching and L&D community, I have spoken at in-person conferences, led numerous webinars, and guest appeared on podcasts. I also regularly volunteer (pro bono work). I believe deeply in the importance and power of DEI, and I have had the pleasure of serving diverse populations including LGBTQIA+ (Career Fixer LLC is an LGBTBE certified enterprise), women, BIPOC, immigrants, neurodivergent individuals, age 55+ communities, and beyond. The man behind the scenes:In my spare time, I enjoy life’s little moments. My friends know me as an amateur photographer, an avid cook and baker of elaborate desserts, a world traveler, an aficionado of languages, a pun-loving wordsmith, and a lover of nature. I'm a big believer in sharing the love, and I earmark a portion of my profits for social + environmental causes.
Born in Poland, raised in Brooklyn, and currently based just north of New York City, I am bipedal (from daily 5ks to occasional marathons), bicultural, and trilingual. I am deeply grateful that I’ve had the means to explore 30+ countries across multiple continents. I'm an animal lover, love casual hiking, and have seen nearly all the nature documentaries out there. I show up authentically to each client engagement and bring a global mindset to everything I do. I enjoy bringing out the best in others. I can't imagine doing anything else. As a volunteer, mentor and donor, I seek to empower those who have been historically underserved. My LinkedIn profile lists my volunteering + mentorship engagements. Let the record show that I have a soft spot for dogs, dance music, dumplings, donuts, and vitamin D (including running outdoors).
