Where Polish farm boy grit meets executive finesse...
Ever felt like you don't quite fit the mold?
Join Dawid (not David) Wiącek—executive leadership coach, cross-cultural communication coach, mental fitness sharpener, joy evangelist, and self-proclaimed "vulnerability warrior"—as he sits down with wonderful guests who've turned their mistakes, failures, or perceived "typos" into their greatest strengths.
What's the story behind the podcast name?
Dawid has spent most of his life hearing people tell him that his name is misspelled, incorrect, confusing, difficult to pronounce, or just plain weird. But really, "Dawid" is just the Polish version of "David." His name is pronounced "DAH-veed." As for his last name, "Wiącek"--well, that's a story for another episode.
"My Life Is A Typo: Dawid, not David" is a podcast about real people, real problems, and real mistakes.
In each heart-to-heart conversation, Dawid and his guests tackle the hard things head-on, sharing raw stories of transformation that will make you stop, reflect, and perhaps cry or smile. From navigating cultural boundaries and making tough career pivots to embracing their authentic selves, his guests have discovered how the path to success often begins with embracing what makes them different--even if it feels painful or downright wrong at first.
With his Ted Lasso-like blend of humor and no-nonsense coaching wisdom, Dawid believes we all have the answers within us. Through this podcast, he creates a space where no idea is too serious or too silly, and where vulnerability becomes a superpower. New episodes drop ~1x monthly.
